The Answer That Determined YAHSHUA’S Death

They asked the question, but that was not the answer they wanted to hear. There, they missed the opportunity to receive the truth and accept Him as their Messiah, but no. YAHSHUA’S kingdom would not be established then, as they continually rejected Him. Out of jealousy they condemned Him to death. Even Pilate knew that. No way they wanted YAHSHUA for their King, as they cried out saying, Away with Him, away with Him!  When Pilate asked them, Shall I crucify your King? The authorities, answered, “We have no king, but Caesar.”  The nation of Israel was doomed spiritually and physically with this utterance, as their expressed their ultimate rejection of YAHSHUA. While the governor took water and washed his hands in the presence of the crowd, saying, I am not guilty of nor responsible for this righteous Man’s blood; see to it yourselves. The Jewish authorities brought on themselves and on their children a curse: Let His blood be on us and on our children! While the governor took water and washed his hands in the presence of the crowd, saying, I am not guilty of nor responsible for this righteous Man’s blood; see to it yourselves (Matt. 27:25). The Romans, represented by Pilate, cleared themselves of guilt and condemnation of the blood of YAHSHUA; but the Jewish nation took upon themselves and upon their children, the curse. At that moment, a pagan nation showed fear of God, while YAHSHUA’S people disregarded Him for Whom He was -the Son of God. They denied His messiahship and rejected the essence of their life- YAHSHUA, God incarnated, the Savior of mankind, especially of the Jews. As the Bible says, He came for His own, but His own did not receive Him and did not welcome Him; but to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in His name (John1:11-12).

YAHSHUA performed many miracles before their eyes, proving that He was the Messiah, but they made them to be done under the power of Satan. Committing then, the unpardoned sin, which is the blasphemy against the HOLY SPIRIT. The Bible says that when YAHSHUA healed a blind and dumb man under the power of a demon, the crowd was stunned with bewildered wonder and said, This cannot be the Son of David, can it?  The Pharisees, hearing it, said, This Man drives out demons only by and with the help of Beelzebub, the prince of demons (Matt. 12:22-24). The excitement from the crowd was in reference to the kind of miracle that YAHSHUA performed at that moment, constituted a sign of the Messiah. The Pharisees said what they said to discredit and erase from their minds the fact that YAHSHUA had just shown them Him to be the Messiah. YAHSHUA performed miracles publicly for all to see and understand Whom He was: The first of His messianic miracles, was the healing of a leper (Mark 2:9); the second, casting out of a dumb demon (Matt. 12:22-37); and the third, the healing of a man born blind (John 9). All these miracles should have raised a flag to the nation that YAHSHUA was indeed the Son of David-the Messiah. YAHSHUA once said, I have come in My Father’s name and with His power, and you do not receive Me; but if another comes in his own name and his own power and with no other authority but himself, you will receive him and give him your approval (John 5:43). This is the true description of the coming antichrist, whom the nation of Israel is going to accept, as their Messiah, just as YAHSHUA told them. This verse leaves much for us to consider, as we stop to ponder upon these words. Was He telling the nation that the coming antichrist was to be a Jew? I believe so, as did many early Christians. “But if another comes in his own name…” the word another implies one other of the same. They rejected Messiah YAHSHUA, but another Messiah with his own power and authority, you will receive him. This is a prophetic utterance from the mouth of YAHSHUA. The Jewish nation found themselves lost and vulnerable at their rejection of their Messiah for another one who will take them by surprise and deceive them. The seventh week of Daniel yet to be fulfilled, will be the hardest week of years, Israel will face according to Daniel 12:1 which reads: And at that time Michael shall arise, the great prince who defends and has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, straitness, and distress such as never was since there was a nation till that time… And it will be the time for the antichrist- their false messiah to rise and they will sign a covenant of death with him (Isaiah 28: 15-20). He, they will receive. YAHSHUA’S prophetic words are firm in heaven. The destiny of the Jewish nation and of this world will some day come to pass and the Jewish nation will repent, realizing their rejection of their true Messiah- their true Savior, the Prince of Peace. I suppose, if Israel had accepted YAHSHUA’S Messiahship the first time, History would have been different; perhaps, they wouldn’t have to go through the great tribulation. (Just a thought) Daniel chapter nine verses 24-27 gives us a picture of Israel’s past and future embed in the seventy weeks (490 years) given to them to put an end to transgression, to seal up and make full the measure of sin, to purge away and make expiation and reconciliation for sin, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and prophet and to anoint a Holy of Holies. From the time of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem until the anointed One, a Prince (YAHSHUA shall be  seven weeks of years (49 years)  and sixty-two weeks of years (434 years). After the sixty-two weeks of years shall the Anointed One (YAHSHUA) be killed. 434+ 49=483. Jerusalem was destroyed in the year A.D.70. Seven weeks of years are left for the Jewish nation, completing the seventy weeks of years -490 years. These are the times of the great tribulation coming to the Jewish nation and the world. Necessary time for the Jews to repent and acknowledge YAHSHUA as their Messiah -King and the Son of God.

The time is approaching for YAHSHUA to be acknowledged as the King of kings and Lord of lords, for the glory of the Father. Israel will lead the nations to do so. The millennium will follow when beauty of holiness will surface with YAHSHUA reigning and His bride with Him. Unto us a child was born; He was and is God Almighty, Prince of Peace, everlasting Father. Let’s give Him His due adoration and praise.
