When My Faith Shall Be Sight

Readiness is essential for us to be found clean, sanctified and blameless, so YAHSHUA might present us to Himself in glorious splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such things (Eph. 5:26-27). And as John wrote in his first letter: Beloved, we are now God’s children; it is not yet disclosed what we shall be, [hereafter]. But we know that when He comes and is manifested, we shall resemble and be like Him, for we shall see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope on Him cleanses himself just as He is pure (I John 3:2-3). How can we see Him as He is, when our life is tainted with the things of the world? How can we present ourselves to him unclean and impure without resembling Him as His children? Many of us live our spiritual life deceived, with the idea that just for lifting our hands or walking the aisle of a church in response to the invitation to accept YAHSHUA is enough without considering the fact that there is a self- denial, a cross to bear, in order to follow Him in obedience through the process of sanctification. Only then we can see Him as He is. Revelation 19:7-8 confirms the fact saying, Let us rejoice and shout for joy! Let us celebrate and ascribe to Him glory and honor, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has prepared herself; she has been permitted to dress in fine linen, dazzling and white, for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. As John said, And everyone who has this hope in Him cleanses himself just as He is pure (I John 3:3). Waiting for Him does not constitute just thinking about the rapture, but seeking a holy and sanctified life. If we are not pursuing that, then we will be left behind. The time is now to prepare for His coming, not when the trumpet sounds, as did the five foolish virgins, who tried to be ready at the last minute and were left behind. The filling of the Holy Spirit is essential in our life, as it constitutes the oil necessary for us to enter heaven.  Oil serves multiple essential functions, including lubrication, energy production, nutritional benefits, and thermal insulation, making it vital in various applications (copilot search). In the spiritual sense, its lubrication is in the sanctification process the bride of Christ must go through to be prepared for the rapture.

Paul said, …Let us not sleep, as the rest do, but let us keep wide awake and let us be sober…and put on the breastplate of faith and love and for a helmet the hope of salvation, for God has not appointed us to wrath, but that we might obtain His salvation through our Lord YAHSHUA Messiah, Who died for us so that whether we are still alive or are dead, we might live together with Him and share His life (I Thess. 5:6-10). These are the ways we will be found prepared at that day. In the days of Noah, people rejected Noah’s message of repentance to face destruction. Today, Christians are aloof of the need to be prepared for the rapture. They don’t realize their responsibility before God to present their body as a living sacrifice, as they live the mediocre and unsustainable faith in their life style. Every day we must die for self; everyday our cross we must carry in submission to God, never losing focus, looking away to YAHSHUA, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith and the Finisher, and with enduring faith follow Him no matter the cost.  YAHSHUA said, Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father. Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name, and done many mighty works in Your name? And then I will say to them openly, I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly (Matt. 7:21-23).

YAHSHUA speaks here of those who are active Christians. These words are not directed to sinners. These Christians are too busy to have a relationship with the One they were supposedly serving. They grew rich, famous and proud of what they were accomplishing on their own strength. The result will be the definite and final YAHSHUA’S words, “I never knew you, depart from Me.”  Their fate will remove them away from the presence of the Lord. The masses have been deceived by these types of Christians. They ignorantly help build their empires, believing that it is to spread the Gospel. It is a world of deceit so deep, only God can destroy it at His coming.

This is the time to reconcile with God and with one another; a time to search the heart before Him, with contrite heart and willingness to follow Him. A time to be alone with God in communion with Him, listening to His Spirit convicting and uplifting us.  God will not receive a bride that is tainted with the things of the world, but one who is sanctified, blameless before Him. This is the only way that we will be as He is when we see Him. Let’s not suppress the Holy Spirit’s work of sanctification in our life, for it is in preparation to meet the Lord; as He will present us to Himself sanctified, purified before He marries us, as we read in Revelation 19:8: She has been permitted to dress in fine linen, dazzling and white – for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. The urgency of the moment is to be considered now. Don’t shrug this message off your soul, or you will face the consequences you never wished. Turn away from sinful practices, forgive those who are hurting you; leave all your pains at the altar of prayer and walk free to prepare yourself for that day, when faith will become sight, praying, Even so, come YAHSHUA MESSIAH!
