A Refuge in Times of Trouble (part 2)

In reality, these represent the spiritual tsunami we are facing today in the hands of wicked people, whose goals and purposes are to destroy mankind. They are instruments in the hands of the devil, their father, to bring forth his purpose of one world order. My friend, if you are truly a believer, born of the Spirit, trust not in the vaccine they are offering us. These are not to protect us from their own made virus. Think about this: if they created the virus, why would they create a vaccine to destroy the effect of it?  how in the world are they trying to save mankind they are trying to destroy?  How in the world, are we believing their lies and deceits? Don’t you perceive that they are enemies of our faith, therefore, their main purpose is to destroy Christians one way or other – virus and vaccine? All because Satan hates YAHSHUA. He said, if they hated me, they will hate you too. It is the believer in whose spirit the Holy Spirit indwells, that is keeping Satan from accomplishing his evil plans on this earth. For God’s power in us is greater than Satan’s power. As long as we are in this world, the devil will not be able to implement his agenda. Be acquainted with the Truth, and take refuge under His wings in times as these. Be not controlled by fear, but by faith. For it will cause you to doubt and deny your own faith. There is no hope outside of faith- under the shelter of the Almighty God. This is the place secured for all who will take refuge there.

In the time of King Nebuchadnezzar, when he considered him to be a god, the three friends of Daniel refused to worship him. Refusing to bow down to his image, Shadrack, Meshack, and Abednego chose to be faithful to their God, in view of the king’s retaliation against them by throwing them in a burning fiery furnace. Their faith was stronger than fear of death. They believed that God would deliver them out of the fire, and even if not, they said, Let it be known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up! (Dan. 3). The lives of these young men should serve as examples of true faith; they well experienced the benefit of God’s refuge, when they took a stand to believe that God would deliver them from King Nebuchadnezzar’s wrath.  Their faith compelled God to act on their behalf, when the time came for Him to show Nebuchadnezzar that He was the only and true God. That resulted in the king believing in the true God, the God of those young men.

Many are trying to save their lives by believing the vaccine to be the answer for the control of the virus. Trying to save your life by believing a lie, you will lose it.

YAHSHUA said, Whoever finds his life, will lose it, and whoever loses his life on My account will find it (Matt. 10: 39). I understand that this verse has a spiritual application, but it is also applicable when the spiritual and the physical meet. One cannot separate one from the other. Believing the tangible idea that the vaccine will save you from the virus, instead of believing that God will protect you from it, is doubting His Word. Obviously, you are not dwelling in His presence, or abiding under the shadow of His wings to be assured your salvation. Without faith is impossible to please God (Heb. 11:6).  This virus and its partner, the vaccine are the introduction to what’s coming. This is precisely what YAHSHUA warned the disciples about. He warned them not to be weighed down with the worldly worries and cares pertaining to this life; instead, He warned them to keep awake, and watch at all times, praying that you may have the strength and ability and be accounted worthy to escape all these things that will take place, and to stand in the presence of the Son of Man (Luke 21:34-36).

If you were to be left behind, would you take the mark of the beast for just a life of the short time of three and a half years and be lost eternally, or refuse to take it and die to live forever in God’s presence in the most beautiful place He prepared for those who will believe in Him? Wake up bride of Christ! Let not your garments be tarnished with unbelief and doubt. Rather be ever dwelling in the secret place- the refuge God made available for us. Believe the Lord’s report, not man’s report, which brings fear and despair. David declared, The Lord is my Light and my Salvation -Whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the Refuge and stronghold of my life- of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even my enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumble and fell. Though a host encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, in this will I be confident…for in the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter; in the secret place of His tent will He hide me; He will set me high upon a rock (Ps. 27: 1-3,5). Wait and hope for the Lord; be brave and of good courage and let your heart be stout and enduring. Yes, wait for and hope for and expect the Lord (Ps. 27:14). Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God, believe also in Me (John 14:1). These are days that demand faith, strong faith in God. These are days when Truth must stand tall, when we must lift the banner of hope in the promises of God. Soon we will hear His voice calling us upwardly- arise My bride, My fair one and come away, for behold, the winter is past; the rain is over and gone. (SS. 2:11).  The dark of life’s season has turned into colors, music and beautiful fragrance is filling the place. It is spring time; the time to celebrate life’s victory!

Find peace, by resting in God’s place of refuge. You will not suffer what the world is suffering. Let your light shine God’s faithfulness to a world complete with darkness and troubled with fear. Know God, know peace, for this light and momentary affliction is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory, since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal, but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting (II Cor. 4:17-18). He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand (Ps. 91:1). Where are you dwelling in these troubled days, my friend?
