Long expected hope
Solidifies in reality
My Savior, I now see
Arms opened wide
To receive His bride.
Celebrations in heaven
Everywhere we go
Banners, praises raised high
To the King of kings
Forever more!
A heavenly party
With no end!
Rejoice with me you all
The marriage of the Lamb
Finally, now stands!
His bride dressed in radiant
Linen, dazzling white
Righteous, in God’s sight
Redeemed to be His wife
Appears without spot.
She will be presented
Righteous, sanctified
To the lover of her soul
In glorious splendor
Forever more!
Meanwhile, earth mourns
The chaos here below
Wondering to and fro
What can this be,
Do you know?
My friend, hear
What I have to say
Do not delay
For salvation you must pray
Through Jesus- the only Way.
Call on Him today
Now is the time
He is only a prayer away
Without Him, how will it be
For you that day?
