I know In Whom I Have Believed

His scarred hands reached out

To me and saved my soul

His scarred feet lead

Me to my final destiny

I know in Whom I have believed

Though I see Him not

He holds the universe

In the palm of His hand

He calms the stormy sea

With the sound of His voice

And my heart with the whisper

Of His love- Be still, I AM!

He dresses the fields

With colors in the shape of flowers

And spreads their fragrance

All over the world

Making the butterflies dance

Around them, as if they were

Music to their ears, in festive

Celebration to Him, their Creator

I know in Whom I have believed

He is my Savior when at the cross

He reconciled me with the Father

And said, It is finished!

He is my Lord, my cross

I must bear Him to follow

One step at the time

To the place He has prepared

Reconciled with Him I can now sing

I am His and He is mine

And at the touch of His hands

I am reminded, salvation had a price!
