The Light of dawn
Of a new day
Shone on him
To loosen the chains
From fear to faith
From torment to peace
From bondage to freedom
To eternal joy in YAHSHUA!
Sealed for eternity
To a place prepared for him
By God’s divine Son
His heart no more troubled
Now secured in the arms
Of him Who purchased
His life with His own blood
By grace he was saved.
Gratitude, a thing to grasp
Filled his soul with surrender
Desiring to follow the Savior
Who loved him so
My plan for you
Is not to follow Me
But go and tell others
What the Lord has done
For You, Lord I will go
Proclaiming to all
What You have done
You came and found me
Disgraced and bound
With freedom You
Flooded my soul
With forgiveness You
Made me whole
Many heard and believed
His message of love
Many gave their lives
To the One Who heals the soul
For they too were in bondage
Of sin and shame
But YAHSHUA gave them life
Life for evermore!
