Meanwhile, there is a place of refuge and peace being provided for those who will rest in the shelter of the Most High -God, where faith rules in the rages of the storm. The Word of God, written thousands of years ago, has provided guidance for times as this. God, in His infinite knowledge of the future, has promised protection and deliverance from the perils of life for those who find refuge in Him, under His wings. Feathers here are symbolic of God’s protection, as an eagle with his large and strong wings willingly protects his young. God is to us a fortress, from where we will observe thousands falling at our right and left hands without coming near us. God’s truth and faithfulness will serve us as a shield and a defender in every circumstance of the storm; they will follow and keep us assured of His presence, where fear of anything at any time of the day- night, day and at mid-day will not be existent. Under His wings we will witness all that is happening, without the presence of fear, but with the realization of His reward on the wicked. Angels will be assigned to us to protect and defend us from evil, from plague, or calamity. None of these will come near our dwellings, for angels will secure us in their hands, nothing will harm us, even our feet will be protected from striking violently on a stone. We will overcome and conquer the powers of the enemies, even the strongest and most violent of them, typified as lions, young and old, which are eager to tear up his prey. In fact, Peter compares the devil’s way to get to us as a hungry lion roaming around seeking someone to devour. The adder, representing various types of venomous snakes which will kill anybody who falls as its victim. The serpent, a vivid picture of the devil himself, found in the Bible in Revelation12:9a, among other passages, described as the huge dragon was cast down and out- that age-old serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, who is the seducer of all humanity the world over. Strong as these creatures are in power, they will be defeated under our feet, when we remain in the shelter of the Most High-God. Those who love and trust God, and have a relationship with Him, will be delivered from the coming evil storm, when God will snatch them up to heaven; their prayers will be answered and God’s presence will always be with them in their trouble. Their lives will be rewarded with life eternal, death will no longer have power over them, for they will live forever in the presence of the Lord saved forever more.
Hard days will come to the entire earth, YAHSHUA warned His disciples and us too. He warned them by saying, Take heed to yourselves and be on your guard , lest your hearts be overburdened and depressed with the giddiness and headache and nausea of self-indulgence, drunkenness, and worldly worries, and cares pertaining to this life and [lest] that come upon you suddenly like a trap or a noose; keep awake then and watch at all times, praying that you may have the full strength and ability and be accounted worthy to escape all these things that will take place, and to stand in the presence of the Son of God (Luke 21:34-35). YAHSHUA’S prophecy is now upon us. These are days of uncertainties in every area of one’s life. There is no escape, only spiritual escape for those who are abiding in the “secret place of the Most High,” under His wings. The believer must realize that God is not angry with His Son’s bride to throw her into the lion’s den of tribulation. She must never expect God’s wrath to fall upon her; the bride of Christ’s position is that of dwelling in Him and He in them. Will God the Father punish His children who are abiding in His Son and He in them through His Holy Spirit? There is now no more condemnation for those who are in Him, Paul said to the Romans in chapter eight of his letter. How are we going to be condemned, when God says, “There is now no more condemnation for those who are in Christ?”
The world as we know it, will never be the same, after this pandemic storm. It has somehow opened the doors to those with the intention of bringing about one world order by subjecting the entire world under one leader, from whom the antichrist will arise in power. The antichrist is already in the world, waiting his time to be revealed. The Bible tells us that he will be revealed when the church will be removed from earth. The Holy Spirit, abiding in every believer, is the reason why the antichrist has not yet been revealed. The world today is getting ready for that day when he will arise in the scene to take control of it as one absolute world leader. But the believer must be raptured before that can happen. Look up my friends, I say, Look up for our redemption is very near. If you are one of those who are waiting for the tribulation and the antichrist to come, you will be left behind to be ruled by him, for only those who love His coming and are waiting for Him will be delivered from the wrath of God. We read in Hebrews 9:28b the following: ..to those who eagerly wait for Him, He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. The storm is here in its beginning, but secured under God’s wings, the believer will be guarded and kept in perfect peace; for they commit themselves to Him and hope in Him, our everlasting Rock (Isa. 26:3,4). God is our refuge and Strength, a very present and well-proved help in trouble; therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains be shaken into the midst of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling and tumult,; the Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our Refuge; let be and be still, and know that I am God! (Ps. 46). My friend, if you do not know YAHSHUA as your Savior, this is the perfect time, before the storm becomes violent and you will not have another opportunity. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).
