Perfect and wise
Creator of heavens and earth
He covers Himself with light
As with a garment who stretches
Out the heaven
He never sleeps, neither slumbers
Nothing is hidden from Him
He lights the dawn with His presence
And the day with the warmth of His power
His name is I AM always present
