The Incomparable Messiah

As  believers in Him, we are advised to have this same  attitude in ourselves which was also in Christ YAHSHUA, “Who although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to  be grasped, but emptied Himself,  taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men, being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. For this reason, also, God highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth and that every tongue will confess that YAHSHUA Messiah is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Phil. 2). His ultimate sacrifice on behalf of men caused Him great sufferings- mental and physical. Isaiah describes as “His face and His whole appearance were marred more than any man’s and His form beyond that of the sons of men…” (52:14b). In the garden, He prayed, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will but Yours be done…And being in an agony [of mind], He prayed more earnestly and intently, and His sweat became like great clots of blood dropping down upon the ground” (Luke 22:42,44).

Messiah YAHSHUA stands alone in all that He is. Without beginning, without end, eternal God, Creator, all things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has that has come to being (John 1:1-3). He sits above the circle of the earth (Is. 40:22); He fills heaven and earth (Jer. 23:24). He is the Light that illumines every person (John 1:9); He is the source of light. What god can be compared to Him? They are all lifeless, for they are man-made, without action. “To whom then will you liken Me, that I should be equal to Him? Says the Holy One” (Isa. 40:25).  “Look at Me, (He says) and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other” (Isa. 45:22). Earth quaked and trembled when He came down to Mount Sinai. It was wrapped in smoke, for the Lord descended upon it in fire; its smoke ascended like that of a furnace and the whole mountain quaked greatly (Exo. 19). At the time of the  great tribulation, “the kings of the earth and their noblemen and their magnates and their military chiefs and the wealthy and the strong, slave or free hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; and they called to the mountains and the rocks, fall on us and hide us from the face of Him Who sits on the throne and from the deep-seated indignation and wrath of the Lamb of God” (Rev. 6:15-16).

When Messiah comes the second time, He will come to judge the evil ones, and those who have rejected Him as Lord and Savior or Messiah. My friend, make sure that you will not be found under His judgment, when you can accept Him as Savior and Lord of your life now. The doors remain opened now, but there will be a time, when it will close to you and you will be found outside to suffer all that is coming on the earth. The incomparable Messiah has spoken; His message is clear and we are found without excuses before Him, if you continue rejecting His message of salvation. Look around you and perceive the world turning on its axis toward its end and toward judgment. Where will you be found when that time comes?

THINK ABOUT IT!
