Time to Circle Jericho for Victory

(Joshua 6)

Jericho stood strong with tall walls, providing security against their enemies. A city with strong men, ready to defend it. But the time arrived when no longer by their might nor by their power were they going to withstand what was coming against them. No walls were going to stop God’s invasion of the city. The challenge was before Israel to destroy the city according to what they were commanded to do: They were to march around the city seven times and on the seventh day the priests were to blow the trumpets; the people were commanded to shout at their victory after the playing of the trumpets; at their shout, the walls came tumbling down; Jericho stood exposed to all they had.

These are Esther’s days, when we “Esthers” are petitioning God for America’s deliverance from her enemies. America has been betrayed by her sons and daughters and by her neighbors.  Evil days are here; God’s judgments are over this nation for having forsaken Him; but also refreshing times are coming as a result of the nation repenting and turning to God. Walls of corruption are coming down right now as we seek our God for deliverance. Many more walls will come down, as we continue to pray. God, in His righteousness, will expose the evil wrapped around this nation by a dragon, as pythons wrap their strength around their victims, to kill them. America was almost out of breath without realizing it, until the nation started to gasp for it, with their faces hidden behind a mask under the pretense of a virus. Our minds are bombarded with news, but only the Lord’s report should occupy our minds.

YAHSHUA asked a profound question: Will I find faith on the earth when I come back? In view of all that we are experiencing today, will He find us in readiness for Him, or lacking the oil of faith, because of fear, anxieties, and worries? Why have we stop circling the walls of Jericho for our victory? Was it because we stop listening to God’s voice, to listen to the voice of the enemy through the media? Will not God defend and protect and avenge His chosen ones, who cry to Him day and night? Will He defer them and delay help on their behalf?  Asked YAHSHUA. (Luke 18:7,8). The Lord is compassionate and gracious…for as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him (Ps. 103: 8a,11). The trumpets are sounding the time of war, calling the bride of Christ to the battle. For this reason, He has equipped us with His complete armor. It is time to move along the lines against the despotism, the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, and the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly realm, which translates the devil and his demons (Ephesians 6: 12). Our guns and other weapons, will be of no help in the spiritual warfare, for the weapons of our warfare are not physical, but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds (II Cor. 10: 4). Let’s pray the Word of God, for it is the weapon that will bring down the enemy.

For my prayer is to You, O Lord. In an acceptable and opportune time, O God, in the multitude of your mercy and the abundance of Your lovingkindness hear me, and in the truth and faithfulness of Your salvation answer me. Grant not, O Lord, the desires of the wicked, further not their wicked plot and device, lest they exalt themselves…My eyes are toward You, O God the Lord; in You I trust and take refuge; Be praise adored and thanked O Lord, our God forever and ever; Yours O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and the earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and Yours it is to be exalted as Head over all; both riches and honor come from You, and You reign over all. In Your hands are power and might; in Your hands it is to make great and to give strength to all. Now therefore, our God, we thank You and praise Your glorious name and those attributes which that name denotes; direct and establish our hearts toward You, O Lord, now and forever for the glory of Your name. AMEN!

The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against me to devour me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear, though war break out against me, even then I will be confident. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the Lord. I will remain confident of this, I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.  I will wait for the Lord; I will be strong and take heart; yes, I will wait for the Lord.  I shall not dread the enemy, for the Lord my God is among us, a mighty and terrible God; The Lord our God is in the midst of us, a Mighty One to save! Grant not, O Lord, the desires of the wicked, further not their wicked plot and device, lest they exalt themselves…My eyes are toward You, O God the Lord; in You I trust and take refuge; Psalm 27:1-6, 13-14).

America has a very beautiful beginning, starting when the Mayflower ship, bringing Christian refugees, running from persecution, landed on this land four hundred years ago, last month. America has gone through two main struggles as a nation, and now is going through the third more devastating and serious one, according to the vision President George Washington was given, when in prayer concerning the distress of the war he was fighting against the British for America’s independence. A vision of great significance for Americans today. The interpretation of the vision is as follows: “Three great perils will come upon the Republic; the most feared one is the third. But in this great conflict, the whole world united, shall not prevail against her. Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his God, men and the union.” Two have passed presumably: one during President Lincoln’s day-the civil war in 1861, the second happened on September eleven, (911) two thousand one; now America faces the third one concerning electoral corruption and international interference with its election.  But America will prevail after a long and fearful trumpet blast, as the angel told George Washington in his vision and concluded by saying, “Until the stars remain and the heavens send due upon the earth, so long shall the union last.”   America has been a divided republic for several years. When evil became greater than the good, then the nation’s battle between good and evil started. Many years ago, President Lincoln echoed the words of YAHSHUA, trying to preserve the union: If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand (Mark 3:25). So, let’s take our positions, standing our grounds, let’s take charge against Satan’s plan to destroy and divide this nation, lifting our voices in praises to our God, saying, “Give thanks to the Lord, for His mercy and lovingkindness endure forever,” as we circle Jericho seeking victory for the sake of our country.
